How To Order?

You have two way to place order;

1. Fill our contact form about item you need, then we can send our complete price list then you choose what you need, send to us, after that we will send our proforma with price and total volume.

2. Email to us about furniture you need, after that we will send our proforma with price and total volume.

How Much Minimum Order Quantity?
Minimum order is 5 pcs / item and 1 x 20′ container for total order.

Who Will Arrange Shipment?

We can arrange shipment for you, or you deal with your local shipping company near you

Does Your Price Including Shipping Costs?
No, our price is FOB base at Semarang Port.

How is payment procedure?

Payment by T/T

Normally We require minimum 40% deposit after you agree with our proforma invoice sent. After deposit settled in our account, we will start production immediately. Balance payment must be settled after we inform about export documents, by scan or fax transmission. It still negotiable so contact us for another options.

Payment by L/C

The L/C should be fulfill the following this criteria (a must) to avoid later costly amendments :

  • Irrevocable
  • Payable at sight
  • Issued from recognized bank
  • Expiry place is Indonesia
  • Percentage credit amount tolerance +/- 10%

Another option are negotiable

How long is the lead time?

Normally our lead time is 45 days. It can be sooner

How difficult to assembly furniture?

The major of our products come assembled, but some items need very simple assembling. Don’t worry, we will send include in package an assembling instruction.

Sometime some spare parts need to be replaced, how can I get it?

We send include in shipment sufficient quantity of spare part/hardware, depend on case happen, for best service we will send spare part by Express Courier.
